minor child at the reaidence of the Wife by two p.m. on July 1
and December 1 of each year, and shall be responsible for the ~
expense of transporting the child from the residence of the Wife
to Ft. Pierce, Florida. ~
4. When the minor child, Candy Lee Pendleton, attains
the proper~aqe to be enrolled in the first qrade of school, the
Court shall, upon proper notice by either party, hold a further
hearinq as to,the custody of the minor child.
5. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto
is retained by this Court for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper. .
