O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Motion of Defen-
dants, JOSEPH LACH and MARY LACH, his wife, to strike various para-
graphs of COUNT I of Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint, the Court
having heard argwnent of counsel, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Strike paragraph
4 of COUNT I of Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint be, and it is here-
by, granted, and the remainder of the Motion to Strike be, and it is
hereby, denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dis-
miss filed herein by Defendant, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIA-
TION OF FORT PIERCE, as to COUNT IZ, is hereby, denied, PROVIDED that -
' the Plaintiff, RIEGLER ASSOCIATES, INC., a Florida corporation, within

t five (5) dyas from the date of this Order, shall file and attach a

! copy of the indemnification agreement between the Defendants which
f ~
~ shall be incorporated as an exhibit under COUNT II.

~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that COUNT III o~' Plain-
~
~ tiff's Amendment to First Amended Complaint be, and it is hereby, dis-
~ missed, and that Plaintiff is granted fifteen (15) days from the date
~ of this Order within which to file amended pleadings under COUNT III.

~ That, other than the foregoing, the remaining relief under
~
~
s Defendants' Motions is hereby denied.
~ DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this day ~
