KOVACH, Wife FINAL JUDGMBNT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 12th day of November, 1975 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and detenaines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriaqe between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage between JOSEPH A. ROVACH and CHRISTEL M. KOVACA be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and eacli of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony ~ i ~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising ~ therefrom. ~ " ~ 2. Within ninety days from the date of this Judgment the ~ ~ Husband, JOSEPH A. KOVACH, shall pay into the trust account of ~ Bryan, Koblegard & Brown, as counsel for the Wife, the sum of E ~ Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000). Upon payment of said $7,000 by ~ the Husband, the Wife, CHRISTEL M. KOVACH, shall convey to the ~ ~ s Husband, JOSEPH A.
