3. Upon failure of the Wife to execute such instrument
conveyinq title to the Husband, within five day8 after the payment
by the Husband of the swa of $7,000 to counsel of record for the
Wife, this Final Judqment shall operate as a transfer of the Wife's
interest in the real and personal property hereinbefore described
to the Husband: ~
4. Upon failure of the Husband to pay the sum of $7,000
to counsel of record for the Wife within the ninety-day period as
hereinabove set out, the real and personal property above described
shall be sold and the net proceeds therefrom divided equally between
the Husband and Wife.
5. This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida is 13th day of November, 1975.
