THIS CAUSE havinq come before the Court upon the

Plaintiff's Ore Tenu9 Irtotion to permit certain revisions of
the legal description of Parcel No. 132 in this cause durinq
the ~earing on the Order of Takinq of the said parcel on
October 31, 1975, and counsel for the owner of the said parcel ~

havinq stated at that hearing that he had no objection to the
re~tision which counsel for the Plaintiff had previously shown
' him but only wished to reserve the right to challenge at a
later date the total area of the said parcel as set forth in
the Complaint in this cause, and the Court having considered
the provisions of Florida R.C.P. 1.190(e) and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parcel description for

' Parcel No. 132 in the Complaint and other previous pleadinqs
~ in this cause shall be henceforth taken to be amended to conform

to that description given for this parcel in the Order of Taking
! entered in this cause.
