THIS CAUSE having caae on for hearing upon the Plain-
tiff's Motion to Permit Amending of Canplaint nunc gro tunc for
the purpose of modifying the legal description of Parcel No. 127
as set forth in the Complaint in this cause, and counsel for the
Defendant-owners of the said parcel having indicated that he had
no objection to the requested modification and no objection
havinq been,heard from any other party in this cause, and the
Court having considered the provisions of Florida R.C.P. 1.190(e)
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is

' ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff be and is

hereby permitted to amend its Complaint to modify the legal des-

~ cription of Parcel No. 12~ therein to the extent set forth in
~ the Plaintiff's above-mentioned Motion, said a~ended Complaint
