etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORATION, its sucoessors or assigns,

to prevent cm overgrown or unlcempt appeca'cmce, and to pmnting and minor repcurs fo ihe exterior o{
the building or buildings, situated a~ the premises in order to prevent cm unsightly or unsate condiiion.
3. As to cmy caosis or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cesscrs or assigns, in bringing about cmd accomplishing the work re}erred to in the notioe, ihe under-
signed agrees to make pa~~ment tlbereof within 10 days atter demcmd. Provided, however, ihat demand
_ ior payment shall not exaeed actual ooats or eapenses incurred.
4. In the event that the undersigned shall fuil or refuse to make puyment of the actual cnsts or
~ expenses incurred, then, and in that event anly, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATiON, its suc-
cc,~sors or assigns, may undertal~e collection oi the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
~ hereunder, together wiih all c~osts ot collection including a reasonable attomep's fee. GENERAL
