in the Public Records of the County wherein said lands are
situate. Your Affiant and said apouse were continuously married
each to other prior to the date of said deed and remained
married each to the other continuously until the death ot Aftiant's
spouse, which occured per death certificate recorded November
30, 1972. ~
3. That your Afiiant knows of her own personal knowledge
that WALTER SHAAP,granteee in that Warranty Deed dated May 25, 1961,
is one and the same person as THO~A3 l~. 3HABP AND one and the
same as THO~AS WALTER SHARP.
