THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 13th day of

j; November, 1975 upon the motion filed on behalf of the ex-wife, ~

PATRICIA H. LISK, now PATRICIA LISR AARPBR and the Court havinq ~

heard testimony and having reviewed the motion and the Court ~

" finding that there is the swn of $820.20 on a previous judgment j
~
1. entered and the swn of $5,850.00 due for payments on January ~
~i ~
: of 1973, 1974 and 1975 and being otherwise fully advised in ,
the premises, it is upon consideration ~

° ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
i; ~
(1) That Darrell Fennell is an attorney presently
receiving funds payable as rent on property owned by the former ,
husband, ALFRED HILL LISR, JR. here in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie ~

j County, Florida and said Darrell Fennell, Esquire is hereby
~

; ordered to pay over to the law firm of Brennan, McAliley, i
- ~
Albury & Hayskar the swns of $5,850.00 representing receipts t

for the month of January of 1973, 1974 and 1975 plus the sum ;
i
of $820.20 due on a previous order of this Court entered on ~

August 14, 1973. Said sums to be paid to said law firm within ;
~
ten (10) days from the entry of this Order. ~
i
(2) That Darrell Fennell, Esquire shall also pay to f
I
the law firm of Brennan, McAliley, Albury & Hayskar the sum of !

$500.00 as a reasonable attorney's fee for representing the ~
i
wife in this proceeding. Said sums to be paid within ten (10) ;
~
days from the date of the entry of this Order. !

~ (3) That Darrell Fennell, Esquire shall pay to said ;
law firm on behalf of the ex-wife, PATRICIA LISR HARPER the ~
sum of $1,950.00 during the month of January of 1976 after said i
,
: sum is received by said Darrell Fennell, Esquire and shall make ~

a like payment each January thereafter.through and including ~
