27. OTHER ACT$ OR EVENTS OF DEFAULT:
In addition to any acts or events of~default mentioned in the
printed text of the Mortgaqe Deed and any other documents executed
in connection with the consummation of this Loan, and not in lieu
thgreof, the following shall constitute events of default hereunder:;
a. If any information furnished or representation or warranty
made or given by the Mortgagor or any:guarantor or furnished in ~Y

connection with this Loan shall prove untrue in any material re-
epect; or
b. If the Mortqagor or the guarantor fails to observe or per-
form or abide.by any covenant, warranty, agreement or provi-
sion of the Mortgage or of any other document executed in con-
nection with the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage; or -
c. If the Mortgagor or any guarantor admits in writing; its ~
(his) inability to pay its (his) debts as they mature, or; fi2es ~

any proceeding in bankruptcy or for reorganization or readjust- ~
ment of any of its (his) debts under-the Bankruptcy Act, as ~
