The Mortgagor warrants and represents that the terms and con- :
ditions for repayment and all other terms and conditions contained in 1;

the outstanding mortgages are true and correct and have not been al- _
tered subsequent to the date of recordinq, and will not be altered -
in the future, without the prior written approval of the Mortgagee.
The Mortgagor furth~r represents and warrants that it has not and
will not, without the prior written approval of the Mortgagee, ob-
tain any additional advance of funds pursuant to any future advance .
