Persanally appeared before the under~igned, an officer duly
authorized to administer oaths and take acknowledgments, 3. LEE CROUCH,
who, after being duly sworn, deposes and on oath states, to the best o~ his
knowledge and belief, the following:
1. That he was pe~rsanally acquainted with__Morris Cohen and
Rose Cohefl, hia wife, over a period of years.
2. That Morris and Rose Cohen were husband and wife o~ July 1?,
1961 at the time of the eaecutio~ of that certain Mortgage from Morris and
Anna Gates, recorded in Mortgage Book 14 at Page 424 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the marriage of said Morris and Roae Cohen was continuous
and uninterrupted thraugh said date until the death o~ Morris Cohen on
September 17, 1969.
4. FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NAUGHT.
