all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the f
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits i+i
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and conEirms and approves i
all of the terms and grovisions of said Declaration of Condominium ~
and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under
the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur- ~
chaser acknowledqes and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners• Assoeiation has encumbered }
and irapressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obliqations under the said Declara- '
tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associa-
tion and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property
Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser conf irr.is
that all warranties, representations and inducements if any, are as
contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the
Property Owners' Association and other charges are estimated anly. ;
No warranty or guaranty is made or intended, nor may one be relied
except where the same is specifically caarranted or guaranteed in
said Declaration of Condominiiun and the Exhibits attached thereto. ;
