THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Plaintiff's
Motion to Compel Discovery, and the Court having heard legal
arguments o~ counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is therefore;
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Defendant, BARBARA SWARTZ, be and the same
is hereby Ordered and Directed to answer the Interrogatories
previously propounded to her by the Plaintiff within twenty
(20) days from the date of the Hearing on this Motion.
(2) In the event that said DeEendant fails to comply
with this Order, the Plaintiff shall be entitled to an immediate
Default Judgment against the Defendant, BARBARA SWARTZ.
