For Extension and Determination of. Visitation Riphts filed by
[~illiam F. Holley and the respective parties havin~ appeared
before the court with counsel and the court havin~ heard
testimony and argument of counsel and being fully advised in
the premises, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as £ollows:
1. That Joan A. Holley sha11 have the pernanent care,
custody'and control of the minor children of. the parties, to wit:
Matthew Holley and Eric Holley.
~ 2. That tdilliam F. Holley shall have reasonable right
f
~ of visitation to said children and sha11 have the said children
~
every other weekend from Friday night at 5:00 p.m. until
Sunday night at 7:00 p.m. for such visitation purposes.
3. That Trlillian F. Holley shall have custody of the
minor children during the sum~er months when the children are
out of school for a period of five weeks and the parties hereto
shall determine between themselves which five weeks custody
shall be given to William F. Holley.
4. That on the third weekend of the five week"'visitation
period when custody is with William F. Holley, Joan A. Holley
shall have custody of the minor children £rotn Friday night
1 at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday ni_ght at 7:0~ p.m.
