This cause having come before the Court on a Motion to Disaiss,
filed by the Plaintiff, and with both counsel for Plaintiff and De-
fendant present before the Court, a Stipulation for interlineation was `
agreed to, and;
The following interlineation has been entered by the Court upon
.the Plaintiff's Camplaint as followe:
In paragraph number two (2) of the Plaintiff's Comp~aint, the
ter~ "oral.ly" has been interlined and eatered before the ~rord "contracted";
and in paragraph three (3) ~f the Plaintiff's Complaint the phrase "with
interest" has been deleted fron the Complaint.
It is further ordered that ~he Defendxnt herein has fifteen (15)
days from the date of this Order to file their answer in this cause.
