1. Whenever GENERAL DEVFI.OPMENT CORPONA'PION, its succes~o~s or assigns. shall notiiy
the undersigned in writ~9 at the address indi~ated below (ot at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned from time to time) that the said ~emises are not in a reasonable state of
appecQCmoe ~d tepmr consistent with the general appecuanoe cmd state oi repair of other properties
within ihe immediate t?icinity, the undersi9ned acFees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., se! iorth in said notice within 15 days after receipi of same.
2 v the undersigned shall iml ar refu~e to ac~complish the required repairs or maintenance,
etc., within the pc~acribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORFORA'i'ION, its sucoessors or assigns,
acting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon ihe premises tor the purpose of doing
o ihe ne~~ess~y work. Provided, however, that such wort shall be limited to lawn cmd y~d maintenance
~ to prevent an overgrown or unkempt appecacmce, and to pmnting and minor repairs io the exterior ol
