THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard by the Court and
it appearing that proper notice was given to the Defen-
dants and all persons having or claiming any equity, lien
or title in or to the real property described in the
Petition, that the Petitioner did apply to this Court
on the 22nd day bf September, 1975, for an Order of Taking,
and testimony having been proffered by Petitioner and
evidence having been offered by the Petitioner and all .
named parties having stipulated to entry of this~Order,
, and the Court being otherwise fully advised, hereby ,

; ORDERS and ADJUDGES:

l. That the Court has jurisdiction of the subject
matter of this cause. -

2. That the pleadings in this cause are sufficient.
3. That the estimate of value filed in this cause
by the Petitioner is made in good faith and based upon
a valid appraisal.
4. That the Petitioner, FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT
COMPANY, upon payment into the Registry of the Court, of
the deposits hereinafter specified, is entitled to the
possession of the following described parcels of pro-_
perty in St. Lucie County, Florida, prior to the entry
of a Final Judgment in this cause.
