The Court ~ having heard all argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The Motions to Dismiss and Strike are granted. The Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from the date of this Order within which to file an Amended Complaint. ~ 2. The Motion to Consolidate is granted and the above-styled cause is hereby consolidated with Case No: 75-870 CA - Alderman and Case No: 75-871 CA - Alderman, for all purposes, including but not limited to discovery and trial on both the liability and damages issues.
