THIS CAUSE came before the Court on November 10, 1975, .
on the Motion to Consolidate and Motion to Compel Better Answers
~ to Interrogatories, both filed by the Defendants, JOSEPB ARCHIE
SUMMERLIN, JOSEPH ARCHIE SUMMERLIN, III, and NATIONWIDE MUTUAL
INSURANCE C~OMPANY. The Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion to Consolidate and the above-styled
~ cause is hereby consolidated with Case No: ~5-834 CA - Alderman
and Case No: 75-871 CA - Alderman, for all purposes, including
but not limited to discovery and trial on both the liability and
daiaages issues .
2. The Motion to Compel Better Answers to Interrogatories
is granted. The Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from the
date of this Order within which to provide better answers to
interrogatories #25, 26, 27, 28 and 53, propounded to her by
the Defendants, SUMI~RLINS and NATIONWIDE MUTUAL INSURANCE COI~ANY.
