THIS CAUSE came to be heard before the Court on November 10,
1975, upon the Motion to Consolidate and Motion to Compel
Better Answers to Interrogatories, both filed by the Defendants,
JOSEPH ARCHIE SUMMERLIN, JOSEPH ARCHIE SUMMERLIN, III, and
NATIONWIDE MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY. The Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion to Consolidate is granted and the .
above-styled cause is hereby consolidated with Case No: 75-834 ~
CA - Alderman, and Case No: 75-870 CA - Alderman, for all
I purposes, including but not limited to discovery and trial on

! 2. The Motion to Compel Better Answers to Interrogatories
~ is granted and the Plaintiff is given twenty (20) days from the
date of this Order within which to provide a better answer to
interrogatorj? #4 propounded to her by the Defendants, SUMMERLINS and
NATIONWIDE MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY.
