BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personall appeared,
NILLA S. PUTNAM, President of NORTH BEACH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY and Pre~ident,
of BYAL REALTY CORPORATION, who, upon first being duly sworn did depose
and say:
1. That affiant is one and the same person as NILLA SHIELDS
PUTNAM in that certain divorce proceeding in Circuit Court in and for St.
Lucie County, Florida, Case No. 74-140, Civil Division.
2. That the Lis Pendens filed February 14, 1974, in OR Book 223,
Page 2777 in reference to'the above described action erroneously refers
to the parties owninq certain real property jointly.
3. That at all times material the title to the above described
property has been held by NORTH BEACH DEVELOPMENT COI~+~ANY, a Florid corpor-
ation as to Lot 10 and BYAL REALTY CORPORATION, a Florida corporation as to
Lot 9 aforesaid and the erroneous allegation should have said that the stock
in the two described corporation were jointly held. -
4. That at all times material the real property has been owned
by the two respective corporations.
5. That your affiant presently holds 100$ of the stock for both
of the aforesaid corporation and has full authority to convey as President
of the two.corporations herein described and owners of the real property
above described.
