BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared
NILLA S. PUTNAM, President of NORTH BEACH ISEVELOPMENT COMPANY, who, upon
first beinq duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That NORTH BEACH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY is the owner of the
above described real property.
2. That there are'no mechanics' liens, against said property
and that there are no unpaid bills or claims outstanding for labor or
materials incident to the construction, repairinq, renovatinq, excavating
or improving of the above property or any buildings and the improvements
located thereon, that no person, firm, association or corporation has the
right to assert a mechanics' lien for unpaid labor or materials furnished
to the above-described property, within the past twelve months, and that
no notices of intention to claim lien with respect to labor performed or
materials furnished upon said property.
3. That affiant knows of no violation of any municipal or county
ordinances or other qovernmental regulations pertaining to the above-
described property.
4. That affiant makes this Affidavit for the purpose of
inducing the above-named purchaser, or purchasers, to purchase the property
hereinabove identified.
5. That subject property was and is vacant and unimproved on
February 5, 1968 and at all times subsequent to date of this Affidavit.
