and the sole beneficiary in and to the Last Will and Testament of

probate in this Court; -
3. All obligations of the Decedent have been paid and the"
Estate is not indebtedt and
4. The averments of the petition are true, no material
~ facts have been concealed and the Estate is fully entitled to an
