DiSSOLUTiON OF MARRiACE
This matter having come before the Court uoon the Motion
of the Wife, MATTIE JANE STARNES, to amend the Final Judgc~nt Dissolution
of '~Iarriage previously entered by this Court on September 24, 1975,
and it appearing to the Court that the Wife desires to amend Paragraph
6 of the Property Settlement ARreement incornorated bv reference in
the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage, and it anpearing to the
Court that the I~iusband has no obiectian thereto, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND AL~JUDrED that the Final Judgment Dissolution of
Marriage previously entered by this Court on September 24, 1975, be!:.
amended so as to read as follows :~R"~S~s ~

PROPERTY. The Wife:shall have exclusive
posession of the marital home of the ~arties
located at 3407 Avenue F, Fort Pierce, Florida,
and described as follows:
West 91 .feet of East 535 feet of ~
South 140 feet of North 165'feet of
Tract 124, GARDEN CITY FARMS, as
recorded in 0. R. Bool~ 169~ Page
1600 in the ~iiblic Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida,
until the minor child of the parties marries or
becomes self-supoortinr~~ or the Wife remarries,
whichever occurs first. During the time that ~
MATTIE JANE STAF.NES has exclusive possession of
the marital home o£ the varties, as above provided~
she shall be responsible for all taxes, ir.surance,
mortgage payments~ and maintenance on said property.
Likewise, during such time, WILLIAM LARRY STARNES,
shall reside away from such home.
