_ Any monthly paymeM made more than 10 days after the date due shall be subject to a late charge of
~3.00 per month.
Additional sums may be paid at any time and shall be applied in reduction of the principal balance,
i and wch payments shatl not defer any of said monthly installments, unless said payments are aocompanied
' by an explicit written direction that same be treated as monthly installments made in advance, in which
i event, said sums shall be applied to monthly installments as if made on the date said future monthly
' installments become due. All makers, e~dorsers, sureties and guarantors of this note jointly and severally
~ waive demand, presentment for payment, ~otioe of non-payment and protest and agree• that in the event
any monthly installment required hereunder is not paid within thirty days of the date same becomes due,
~ then this note shall be considered in default and the whole of said indebtedness shall, at the option of the
holder, become immediately due and payable; and that if this note becomes in default and is placed in the
~ hands of an attorney for collectian, to pay reasonable attorney's fees for the collect~on thereof.
