ORDER SUBSTITUTING PARTIBS
THIS CAUSS havin.q come before the Court upon the Motion
of the Plaintiff for an Order penaittinq the substitution of E. E.
Whitaker and Norn~a L. Whitaker, his wife, for Star Construction
Company of Fort Pierce, Inc. as Defendants in this cause as to
Parcel No. 101, and~the Court being advised in the premises, it "
is
ORDBRED AND ADJUDGBD that E. E. Whitaker and Norma L.

j Whitaker, his wife, be and are hereby substituted as parties-
~ defendant for Star Construction Company of Fort Pierce, Inc. in
Parcel No. 101, and that Star Construction Company of Fort
Pierce, Inc. be and is hereby dismissed as a party in this cause.
Plaintiff shall cause oriqinal process in this action _
to be served upon E. E. Whitaker and Norma L. Whitaker, his wife,
in accordance with the applicable Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
