PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
BERNARD LAMSTEIN and HOWARD ROSEMAN, individually and as Co-
Trustees, the holders of the mortqaqe executed by M. R. NELSON, as
Trustee, to BSRNARD LAMSTEIN ANd HOWARD ROSEMAN, as Trustees, dated
September 4, 1974, filed for record September 5, 1974, and recorded
in Official Records Book 231, page 1683, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollara and other
qood and valuable considerations, hereby, on this 29th day of _
October, 1975, release from the lien of that mortgage the real prop-
erty in that County described as:
Lot 16, Block 3, and Lot 10. Block 4, all in Section 24
of Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as shown on ~ap or
Plat of ST. LUCIE GARDENS, recorded in Plat Book l,
page 35, of the public records of St. Lucie County, ~
Florida; and _
Lots 1,2,15 and 16, Block 2; Lots 1, 2, and 15, Block 3;
and Lots 5,6,7,8,9,10,11, and 12, Block 1; and Lots 5,
6,7,8, and 9, Block 4, all in Section 25 of Township 36
South, Range 40 East, as shown on map or Plat of ST.
LUCIE GARDENS, recorded in Plat Book l, at page 35 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
All abandoned rights-of-way adjacent to any of the above
described lands, said abandoned rights-of-way being more
particularly described in Resolution No. 74-92 of the
St. Lucie County Board of County Comaaissioners, recorded -
in Official Records Book 231, page 284, public records-
of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Together with the use of an easement for ingress, egress
and access to and from the above described released prop-
; ~erty over and across a strip of land more particularly
described as follows:
~ That part of the North 60 feet of Lots 14 and 15, Block 3;
€ lying East of U.S. High~way No. l; the North 60 feet of lots
I 9,11,12,13,14 and 15, Block 4, all in Section 26, Township
~ 36 South, Range 40 East, as shown on the aforesaid Plat of
ST. LUCIE GARDENS; and, the North 60 feet of lots 9,11,12,
~ 13 and 14, Block 3, all in Section 25, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, as shown on the aforesaid Plat of ST.

without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining gart of
that property described in that mortga e.
