of a certain mortgage deed by asslgnment executed by
Elarge McMillon and Virginia McM~.llon, h~.s wife, to
St. Lucie Mortgage Company, Dearing date the 22nd day of October
A.D. 1971, recorded in OFFICIAL RECORDS Book 196, Page 2049, in
the office of the Clerk of the Cirauit Court of St. Lucie Cou»ty,
State of~Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum of
~500.OOdollars, and certain promises and obligations elet forth in
said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in s~~d State and
County described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 22, Block 4, Southern Pines Subdivision,
