(g) the right of the Association to dedi- cate or tra~sEer all or any part of the Common Properties to any public agency, authority, or utility for such purRoses and subject to such conditions as may be agreed t~ by the Members, provided that no such dedication dr transfer or determination as to the~purposes or as to the conditions thereof, shall be effective unless an instrument signed by Members entitled to cast two-thirds (2/3) of the votes of each class membership has been recorded, agreeing to such dedication, transfer, purpose or condition, and unless written notice of the proposed agreement and action thereunder is sent to every Member at least ninety (90) days in advance of any action taken. Section S. Parking Rights• The Association may designate and maintain upon the Common Properties ` : certain parking spaces for the exclusive use o~ the Members, their families and guests. The use of any such parking space by any other person may be enjoined by the Associa- tion or the Members entitled thereto. Section 6. Utility Easements. There is re- served unto the Developer until January l, 1978 the rigbt to grant easements for the installation and maintenance of pubic utilities on the Common Properties in addition to those already reserved. No such grant shall require the removal or relocation of any improvements 2xisting on the Common Properties on the date of the grant. Any ~ monies received by the Developer for the grant of an easement pursuant to this Section shall be paid to the Association within sixty (60) days from the date it is -8- ~o~c~~~ P~ $ .~.v__ _ _
