Residential Lots; Use and Minimum Square Footage Requirements. All lots in the Existing Property are designated to occommodate one Living Unit, and no Frincipal building shall be constructed or erected on any single family residence lot other than one attached singl.e family dwelling not to exceed two stories in height. No single family residence lot shall be resub- divided into building lots containing less than 2~000 square feet.
