Provided, however that this shall not be construed to permit any portion of the building such as eaves, steps, open patios and ~ wing-walls, etc., to encroach upon another lot or into ~ or upon any easements. ~ Section 4. Recreational Vehicles. No travel trailer, mobile home, recreatioal vehicle, tent, storage ~ 3 building, garage, barn or out building exected on any ~ q lot shall at any time be used as a residence, nor shall ~ : i any travel trailer, mobile home, recreational vehicle, ~ truck of any kind, boat or boat trailer be parked overnight ~ ~ on any of the property described in these Declarations ~ € ~ of Covenants and Restrictions. ~ ~ Section 5. Si ns. No sign of any kind shall ~ ~ ~ be displayed to the public view on any lot or living unit, 3 I' except one sign of not more than one (1) square foot ~ i advertising the property for sale or rent, or signs used ; i = ~ by a builder to advertise the property during the construction r i = ~ ~ and sales period, all of which shall be approved by the ~ Board or the Environmental Control Committee. ~ ~ ~ Section 6. Animals. No animals, livestock ~ ~ ~ or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept ~ - ~ on any lot except that n~t more than one (1) dog nor ~ 3 one (1) cat or other domestic household pet by kept in g ~ ~ any living unit, nor may any domestic pets be kept, u bred or maintained for any commercial purpose.
