the plaintiff in the above cause wherein Earnest E. Johns was the

defendant, do hereby acknowledge full payrnent and satisfaction of
that certain judgment rendered by the Small Claims Court in and for
St. Lucie County, Florida in the above entitled cause, on the 9th
day of November, 1967 for $129.08 and costs, said judgment being
duly recorded in the minutes of said Court. And a copy of said
Judgment has been recorded in OR Book 169, pg. 281, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. And said E. E. Green does hereby
consent that the same shall be satisfied of record.
