Exercise of this option is to be by delivery of cash to th~ Lessor during any term ~
of the lease , whereupon the Lessor shall execute and deliver a special warranty ~
deed conveying the property to the Leasee . Exercise of this optian and payment
of the option purchase price shall terminate the lease and no additional sums for
such termination are due from the Lessee to the Lessor .

4. Mechanics' Liens. The aforesaid lease provides that Lessor's interests
shall not be subject to liens for improvements made by the Lessee upon the premises.
The lease provides further that , in the event any such lien should be filed . within
ten (10) days atter the filing of said lien, the lien shall be transferred to substitute
security by the party whose actions resulted in the filing of the mechanics' lien .
In the event any such lien is not transferred pursuant to this provision of the lease, .
the party who is not responsible for the lien being placed upon the premises has ~
the right to~pay and discharge the lien after written notice to the other party and
thereafter has the right to recover from the other party all amounts incurred in
discharging or protecting against said lien .
