a Subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 11, page public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
BEFORE ME, the ur.dersigned authority, this day personally
appeared CHARLES F. DAVIS; also known as Charles E. Davis, who
upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That he is the unremarried surviving spouse of
GENEVA DAVIS, also known as Jennie Davis, who departed this
life on October 19, 1974.
2. That he and ~he said Jennie Davis were the grantees
in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by Andrew V.
Kalemba and Joan M. Kalemba, his wife, dated November 29, 1973,
recorded in O.R. Book 221, page 1586 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the above described real
property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the~aforementioned conveyance,

he was married to the said Geneva Davis, also known as Jennie
i
~ Davis, and that said marital relationship continued without `
t
~
~ interruption until the death of the said Geneva Davis.
