MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this the day of
November, 1975 by and between W. H. DULMAGE and EVE DULMAGE, his wife,
hereinafter knawn as MORTGAGOR, and W• S. Turner
Trustee, hereinafter known as MORTGAGEE,

34 South, Range 40 East, and in Section 4, To~wnship
35 South, Range 40 East, and more particularly
described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof,
and -
WHEREAS,the Parties desire to modify the payments required #

under said promissory note aforesaid described,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties for good and valuable consideration
agree as follows: -
1. The Mortgagee hereby agrees that the payment due on said
~ promissory note and.mortgage according to the terms thereof shall not
be paid on October 26, 1975, but shall be postponed until October 26,

~ 1976 and shall be paid as follaws:

~ A. The sum of $ 99,428.57 plus accrued interest from

: October.26, 1974 to October 26, 1975, shall be payable according to

g On October 26, 1976, the principal sum of $ 10,000.00
together with interest from October 26, 1974 to day of payment including
compounded interest for the period of October 26, 1974 to October 26,
1975.
