verified Complaint For Replevin and other relief filed in this cause

Defendant is engag,in~; in, or is about to engaQe in, conduct that
will place the claimed property in danger of destruction, concealment~
removal from this State, removal from this jurisdiction, or transfer
to an innocent purchaser, it is thereupon
