This cause came on to be heard upon Motion for Withdrawal
of Deposit Paid into the Registry of the Court filed by the defendants, ~
CHARLES J. BAKER, JR. , and KATHLEEN T. BAKER, his wife, owners of
Parcel No. 183, and the Court having considered said Motion and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, therefore, ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk o€ this Court be;.and `

he is hereby directed to pay, forthwith, the following sum as ~
indicated;
