FUNDS RE PARCEL NO. 44
This cause came on to be heard upon Motivn for Withdrawal of
D~posit Paid into the Registry of the Court filed by the defendant,
VIOLET MELINE, owner of Parcel No. 44, and the Court having con-
sidered said Motion and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is, therefore, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court be, and he
is hereby directed to pay, forthwith, the following sum as indicated:
TO: VIOLET MELINE, owner ......................$5,800.00
(less any fee due the Clerk of the Circuit Court)
and it is further,
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said sum is on account of the

full compensation to be aw~arded in this proceeding, without prejudice
to the rights of this defendant insofar as the ultimate award for t
the taking of her property is concerned.
