ORDERED AND ADJUI~ED as follows :

. 1. That Edward F. Newberger, Sr., shall within five ~
(5) days from date of this Order select a person of his choosing ~

' to act as Commissioner and a notice of that selection shall be ~

~ filed in the court file with a copy furnished attorneys for ~

2. That Jean H. Newberger shall have five (S) days ~

`~to select a person of her choosing to act as a Com~nissioner on her
behalf and a notice of that selection shall be filed in the court i
