This cause coming on before me and it appearing
that the parties have stipulated to the entry of this order,
it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
. 1. That the Plaintiff, ARTHUR L. BENNETT, submit to
a physical examination by Dr. Ronald Grober promptly on a day
and hour to be-obtained by the Defendants. Said examination ;
to be of such a nature as is necessary ta determine the extent
and nature of injuries allegedly sustained by the Plaintiff,
' ARTHUR L. BENNETT, at the time and place and on the occasion

f inentioned in the Complaint filed in this cause.

` 2. That the results of this examination shall be

t reported by said doctors to the Defendants in writing in a

~ detailed manner setting out his findings and conclusions. If

; requested by Plaintiff, Defendant shall promptly furnish

q Plaintiff with a copy of such report and Plaintiff shall thereupon

~ or thereafter as the case may be, promptl~• furnish Defendants

~ with a like report or reports of examination relating to the
