be entered against the Defendants, WARD PEEK and QUENTIN COOPER, ~
pursuant to the Order filed in this matter by this Court on
September 23, 1975, and the Court having reviewed the Affidavit
filed by Plaintiff's counsel and otherwise being advised in the_
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED that a default is entered in this action against the
Defendants, WARD PEEK and QUENTIN COOPER for failing to properly :
respond to the Interrogatories propounded to them as ordered by
this Court on September 23, 1975.
