THIS CAUSE coming on to be hear~ this day upon Plaintiff's
Motion for Summary Final Judgment; and it appearing to the
Court tnat there is no genuine issue as to any material fact
herein, and that the Plaintiff is entitled to a Summary Final
Judgment as a matter of law; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, THE TRANE
COMPANY, a~~Tisconsin corporation, does have, receive and ;
recover from the Defendant, CLIMATIC CORPORATION OF FORT
PIERCE, a Florida corporation, the principal sum of EIGHT
THOUSAND EIGHTY-NINE DOLLARS and SIXTY-THREE CENTS
($8,089.63), plus interest thereon in the amount of
! THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX DOLLARS and FIFTEEN CENTS ($336.15),

plus Court costs in the amount of THIRTY-SEVEN DOLLARS

` ($37.00), making a total of EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY
