Pursuant to provisions of Article ~788 oP the
Louisiana Trust Code (LRS 9:1788), notice is hereby given
that effective June 30, 197~, DAVID L. GARRISON, SR., has
resigned as Trustee of the trust created under the last
will and testament of Katherine Gardiner McCormick, and
that pursuant to the provisions of Decedent's will, RICHARD
E. GERARD is appointed as successor trustee to David L.
Garrison, Sr., and the said Richard E. Gerard hereby accepts
