including reasonable attorney's fees and tltle searches. The cost thereof. with
interest thereon from the day of payment at the same rate as specified in that note.
shall also be secured by this mortgage.
5. Not to convey all or any portion or interest in tfie mortgaged property
without the prior written consent of Mortgagee.
6. If any payment provided for in that note is not paid within 30 days after
it becanes due, or if any agreement in this mortgage other than the agreeaKnt to ~

yments is breached. the entlre unpaid principal balance of that note sha11 ~
imnediately become due at the optlon of the Mortgagee and Mortgagee may foreclose '
this mortgage in the manner provided by laM, and have the mortgaged property sol_d to =

7. The rents and proflts of the mortgaged property are also hereby aartgaged
and if ~roceedings to foreclose this mortgage shall be instituted. the court having ~
3urisdiction thereof should appoint a receiver of the mortgaged property and apply 3
those rents and proflts to the indebtedness hereby secured, regardless of the sol• ~
vency of the Mortgagor or the adequacy of the securlty.
