COMES NOW the Plaintiff in the above-styled cause and ~
amends its Lis Pendens as to Parcel No. 127 as follows:
1. By changing the property description of Parcel
No. 127, located upon a page numbered "3" of Exhibit "B" (seventh
page of Lis Pendens) of the Lis Pendens, by adding after the

words "containing 11.51 acres, more or less", the words ",exclu-
sive of Canal No. 41 right of way."
2. By adding at the bottom of the description of
Parcel No. 127 between the said description and the names of the ~
owners of the said parcel, the following words: ~
"and, RIGHT OF WAY
