ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
This Assignment of Mortgage, made this 15th day of January, 1974
by and betwenn MICHAEL TOBIN, Beneficiary,and HAROLD TOBIN, as Trustee, of
Dade County, Florida, First Parties, and FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK AT CORAL
GABLES, a National banking corporation With its place of business in Coral
Gables, Florida, Second Party; _ •
WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, MICHAEL TOBIN is indebted to FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK AT
CORAL GABLES in the amount of $33,925.00, which indebtedness is evidenced
by his promissory note dated December 1, 1973, a copy of which is attached
hereto and marked Exhibit "A"; and ~
The said MICHAEL TOBIN has a beneficial interest of 12-1/4X in
and to a certain promissory note and mortgage securing the same, described

Promissory note made by Joel Wynne, as Trustee and ~
individually, bearing date June 1, 1973 in the prin- ~
cipal sum of $245,000.00, payable to the order of
HAROLD TOBIN, as Trustee, in semi-annual payments
• of $40,833.34 commencing January 2, 1974, and mort-
gage securing said note of even date therewith, made
by the same parties, recorded in Official Records
Book 214, at Page 2256, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, encumbering Lots 9 through 16,
Block 3, MODEL LAND COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION of Section
15, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, according to
` ~ the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page~
~ 41, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
; a copy of which not~ and mortgage is hereto attached and marked Exhibit "B";

! It is the desire of the said MICHAEL TOBIN to assign his interest

; in said mortgage to FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK AT CORAL GABLES to secure the pay-

HAROLD G. TOBIN, Trustee named as mortgagee therein and payee of said note

4 fully recognizing the interest of MICHAEL TOBIN therein, as herein set forth,
