($1.00) Dollar in hand paid each party to the other, and other good and
valuable consideratioas, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
MICHAEL TOBIN, as Beneficiary, and HAROLD G. TOBIN, as Truatee, the latter
named as mortgagee in the mortgage above described, does hereby assign, ~
transfer and set over unto the FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK AT CORAL GABLES a
12-1/4X interest in the note and mortgage described in the preambles
hereof.
• TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto said Bank and to receive all payments •
for principal and interest due or to become due on said note and mortgage
on behalf of the said MICHAEL TOBIN until all sums due to the FLORIDA
NATIONAL BANK AT CORAL GABLES on the promissory note of MICHAEL TOBIN,
herein in the preambles above described, or any other indebtedness owed
by the said MICHAEL T~UBIN to the Bank has been fully discharged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said MICHAEL TOBIN and HAROLD G. TOBIN
have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above
written.
