EXTENSION AGREEbiENT
THIS AGREEhiENT. made the 2nd day of June 1975 . between the SUN BANK
OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, A Flcrida Banking Corporation, party of the 8rst part. arid
George Siamas and Xeni Siamas, his wifQParties of the second part;
WITNESSETH . WHEREAS . the said parties of the second part executed a certain
promissory note dated Januarv 23, 1974 . whereby they promised to pay to the
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE QOUNTY. party of the first part. urorder the sum of

WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the $rst part, tb
secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the fcllowing described premises.
to-wit:
Lot 39, Block K. Maravilla Estates, a Subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8,
page 77, Public Records of St. Lucie County,'Florida.
Mortgage recorded February 19, 19T4 in O. R. Book 224,
, Pages 85, 86, 87 in the Public Records of St. Lucie Co., Florida.

4 AND WHEREAS. the said party cf the first part is now the holder of said note and
~ mertgage and the said parties of the second part are now the owners of the said

NOW THEREFOItE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assigns, hereby
~ mutually agree that the time fur the payment of the unpaid balance of $19, 098. 76
~ due on said nate be, and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the following manner:

~ Interest to be paid only for a period of six months, payable monthly,
¢ and then resume regular payments on a monthly basis after this six.

It being expressly understc,od and aqreed that the said Mortgage shall remain in
; full force and effect in all respects as if the said payments had originally been
° paid as provided for in the cri~inal note, and that nothing herein shall effect or
j impair any rights and powers which the said party of the first pzrt may have thereunder
~ fer the recovery of the said I~iortEage Debt with interest in the case of non-fulfil2ment
; of this agreement.
