FXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made the October 28, 1975 . between the SUN BANK
OF ST. LUC1E COUNTY. A Flcrida Sanking Corporation. party of the first part, and
James R. and Elsie E. Peeler , Parties of the second part:

WITNESSETH. WHEREAS~ the said parKes of the.second part executed ~ certain
promissory note dated July 2, 1974 , whereby they promised to p~y to the
SUN BANK OF ST . LUQE OOUNTY, parly of thc first ~art, u~ order the sum of

WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the first part, to
secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the fallowing described premises.

Section 11, Twp 35 S Range 39 East as recorded in the
public records of St. Lucie County.

~ AND WHEREAS, the said party cf the first part is now the holder of said note and
~ mortgage and the said parties of the second part are naw the owners of the said

~ NOW THEREFORE, the saic~ ~arties hereto, for themselves arid their assigns, hereby

~ mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid balance of $70, 887. 87
~ due on said note be, and the satne is hereby extetZded to be paid in the following manner:

z It being expressly anderstood and agreed that the said Mortgage shall remain in

~ for the recovery of the said hiortgage Debt with interest in the case of non-fulfillment
~ of this agreement .
